_nology is a tech training and talent provider. Our marketing, assessment, training, and support strategies enable individuals to find a career in which they can truly thrive, meaning we can deliver best in class tech talent for our partners.
Australia needs 1 million tech workers by 2030. Currently, only 1 in 4 STEM graduates will go on to work in the sector locally, and just 1 in 10 are women.

Our core offering delivers a freshly trained, ready-to-work talent pool who can be immediately interviewed and hired by our partners. We have entry-level Software, Cloud and QA engineers readily available.
Bespoke Training
We pre-qualify and train a set group of individuals for our partners, and tailor the curriculum and program to their exact tech stack, project needs and company culture-fit.
Staff Retraining
We can identify and upskill high-potential existing employees in your required tech stack, so that they can be redeployed into digital teams. Our expertise is training people from non-technical backgrounds to become avid technologists.
Junior & Senior Pods
Via our specialist recruitment partner, we can supply highly skilled, full-time senior tech talent alongside the _nologists for added support.

1 Attract
Our marketing campaigns connect with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, appealing predominantly to passionate career changers.
We specifically market to underrepresented groups within the tech space, allowing us to find vibrant, diverse perspectives of thinking to bring to organisations.

2. Asses
We qualify applicants via competency-based aptitude testing, assessing mindsets and capabilities over technical education or experience.
This allows us to pinpoint individuals who have the essential power skills needed for success in our training and future employment – like logic, pattern recognition, adaptive learning, perseverance, initiative and creative problem solving.

3. Train
Training is delivered by our in-house team of expert instructors over an immersive, full-time 12-week period.
Our curriculum is designed to meet in-demand industry skills and partner needs across Software and Cloud Engineering. We prioritise hands-on training with practical project deliveries as well as soft skill development and interview prep.

4. Support
Our _nology Talent Success team provides continuous mentorship and technical support to _nologists during their training and 18-month placement with hiring partners.
We ensure they can seamlessly integrate into technology teams from day one, alleviating the reliance on onsite line managers. They also have ongoing access to professional upskilling via our official Microsoft and Google partnerships.
After a successful 18-month placement, there’s the option for the _nologists to turn into permanent employees.

So far we’re at 100%.
The only fee we charge is the day rate for days worked. This fee encompasses our attraction, assessment, training, support, continued L&D, holidays, sick leave and other employer costs. So on a like to like basis, our total cost is comparable. In addition to this, you have the flexibility of a 4-week contract notice and reduced time-to-hire with our immediately available talent pool.
Our policy includes a 4 week notice period and a swap in/swap out agreement, to ensure you're never left without talent. We also have a fantastic _nologist support team who ensure we tackle anything before it becomes a concern.
